MP wise, that is. I heard somewhere that in another version, their skill got its MP cost reduced and also time limit increased to 30 minutes in an update. is this true? perhaps we will get this also?

The skill is just perfect now, no need to make it overpowered. Be happy you got it. Let Clerics do the Revives, please. I am a Cleric and I never whine when I have to waste 1500 mana on my Demon Revive. b:bye0

thats at lvl 11, and your lvl, what 99+ for that book? you probably have 8-9k mp or even more. this is lvl 2, i have 2k mp at lvl 24. it nearly doubled in 1 skill lvl. by the time its lvl 10, it may cost up to 6-8k mp, you would complain then wouldnt you? theres no way to get that much mp by lvl 64.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Nope, lvl 11 Revive is a 89 skill, it was my first Demon skill. b:dirty
But anyways, be glad PW saves you some money. It's like having infinite free rez scrolls... If you run out of mana, pop a potion and sit down for 30 seconds, problem solved. b:victory It's not much mana for such a useful skill. And after lvl75, you will get mana food anyways, it's cheap and restores 5k mana... And it will be your best friend, I eat them on my Cleric like there's no tomorrow. xD I have all Demon skills so my mana goes bye-bye extremely fast. So yeah, you better get used to it, it's the life of the casters. >.< Except for Veno because they have their epic HP/MP heal skills. <.<
EDIT: according to ecatomb, the skill will only cost 2660 MP at lvl 10. That's not bad.0 -

If etacomb is correct it will cost 2660 MP at level 10. That's not really all that much.

WTF. Mystics got many heals..... got revive skill. Shut the F up, please. Clerics eat Herbs nonstop in high lvl instances to keep your @ss alive, and you worry about 2600 mana?! : / I bet you guys will pew pew in FCC instead of helping the Cleric heal the squad because OMG I DONT BUFF AND HEAL CUZ IT COSTS SO MUCH QQQQQQQQQQ moar0

thanks Samaela for the info. 2.6k isnt much of a jump from lvl 2. probably shoulda took a look at ecatomb, didnt think they were updated with that stuff yet ^^ i was just surprised to see lvl 2 of the skill so high in cost already, thinking if its going to go up by 400 mp each time it will cost at least 4k mp+[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

um... never mind how much MP the mystics' revive skill might take at max level for now. how many MP do mystics get per mag point? Lenie here's pushing 5k MP at level 65, and she's vit-mag built with pdef and hp shards, as well as pdef ornaments. 6k MP by the mid-6x levels would not be past believable for a pure mag veno sharded right; it'd be squishy as all hell, but doable. how do mystics' mana pools grow, though?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] Heaven's Tear alts: KenLubin, Sou_Hon, JudyCaraco --- level 5x chars.0 -

I compared on ecatomb wizzy with mystic and on average Mystics have slightly more mp costs. Note: skill list is not completed yet so I don't have exact numbers but for example at 10 wizzie ultis cost 516 mp, Thicket costs 903 mp.
One thing though...what balance are you talking about exactly? We're talking about a world where people can hit 5 times per second, so don't expect too much balance..0 -
Well for the ress skill u can use it several times just high cost but if u die u can get exp, hp and mp back to u so yeah is really perfect to continue doing fc runs when some1 dies0

The massive mana cost really isnt worth complaining about, i mean the cool down on mystic rez is gigantic so its not like your asked to spam it like clerics areXD. I find my self throwing about 10 rezzes out per fc because people dont run from ****ing adalwolf fast enough -.-Yeah my sig doesn't match my name...i would say im being all clever and trying to confuse people...but im really just too lazy to make a new one

Anyway, coupled with all the other mana-intensive skills (i.e. summons costing MP to summon, and massive amounts to fill their MP bar), I think even at higher levels Mystics will have a problem with mana.xx LinneaSage - Level 66 Arcane Veno - {Retired}

My mystic has 2.4k mp at level 22, so even level 1 res does tick my mp charm (never using another one again after this though). At level 6x, she'll probably be close to 6-7k, so 2k will still tick my charm, but the uses outweigh the cons here.
Throw it on a cleric in FC (or anywhere for that matter) and they don't lose as much exp as they would have if they released.
I've come to the conclusion that a mystic is strictly a pure magic class, because of the mp suckage of a lot of skills. A vit/mag build can work if done right, but anyone who wants to try LA better have lots of turquoise shards. I'm just saying.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Lol sorry someone told me it had like a thirty Min cool down, but this was before the skills were out so i guess it was just speculation. But if mystics don't want extreme mana burn they can just put it on clerics. People are so picky about exp loss they probably wont want the mystic rez outside pvp because of the exp loss.

normally what might happen tho is a mystic would cast that skill only on themselves and the cleric. if the ENTIRE party asks for the ress buff then id expect some MP pots to be given out atleast.0 -
