Runecafting ??

Good day,

Ive been looking through the game for a while now, searchingfor NPCs which could be related to the new Runecrafting feature.
I found the 3 new NPCs in south arch but I dont really get the meaning behind it. Could someone who understood it already and has the time right now give me a quick explanation on how to get things with Runecrafting started ?
I should be able to figure the rest then.

    Yea, I'd like to know what the dealio with runecrafting is...
    I did the BH100 got the divine thingy thing thing of void from it, did the 5 or squad quests from the npc for 81+ and then kinda came to a halt from there...

    the quests u get from the npc are random everyday. you have to get a "blue" quest. those are the one that reward you with the void items u need in order to make a runecrafting book gl and have fun!
