Can't create new chars?

I've been playing this game for about a month now, and have about 4 characters. I just patched my game for genesis and, the 'create' button is gone? I've never encountered this problem before, can anyone help? thanks in advance.

    Interesting, have you tried verifying the files yet on the launcher? Let me know, I'll be happy to assist you further via the ticketing system as well.

    I'm having a problem with the character create window, as I downloaded the patch its not there anymore and I verified the files as well, can anyone help?

    I reinstalled the game, I checked again but nothing: no create or delete.
    Do you have any idea?

    I also dont have a delete option, although I do have a create one. I have the max amount of character's I would like to delete one to make a mystic. I've already verified the files with no change.

    I think it was kind of dumb that you just didnt add 2 more slots. It could of been easily done, but now alot of people have to delete other toons just to play one.

    i cant create a character or delete any of my characters either. so can i get help?

    same, the create menu is gone, i can't make or delete any chars though the start and exit buttons are stil there...

    If you're not playing in full-screen, try increasing your resolution manually by stretching the corner of the screen outwards. The larger screen will reveal the missing buttons.
