    Nope its false, you run at your normal speed in fox just like in human form but you get a speed buff called Summers Spirit to increase your movement speed.

    normal lv3 foxform has no speed boost effect

    if u go demon and get demon fox u would get +60% speed for 6 sec each time u changed from human-> fox or fox-> human

    with no + speed gear mods ur speed with dmon fox would be at 8.2 m/sec, add in hat ud get from summer sprint (lv3, ie maxed at 89) ud get 9.9 m/sec

    If you get Demon Summer Sprint + Demon Fox Form with no speed increasing items, you run at 10.4m/s.
