Mystic graphical glitch?

I set up my mystic, pick the hair and its color, but the eyes are black fully black no matter what color. I go in game, and the mystic is bald. How do I fix this?!

    Similar issues and editing the hair doesn't save.. I'm using the verify function to see if that helps.

    I quit. Nothing ever changes @ PWE or PW CN . Expansion was over hyped. Guild bases (that looked cool) can be destroyed, so why waste the time if your a in a small faction like me.

    my eyes are black and face color doesnt adapt like skin color, it stays pale.
    i cant get another eye color, cant adapt the mouth. i get bald whenever i log in.

    You have to upload the image somewhere before linking it.

    I'm having the same problems: most of the facial features aren't affected by the sliders, hair and third eye customizations disappear when you enter game (leaving my char bald), face color stays the same if you change skin color. And yet I see plenty of earthguard in game with hair.

    I had the same issue when someone brought it to my attention that I can fix this, by modifying the newly made character, and choosing a preset, and modifying the character from there (obviously you can do this when creating a new character as well). It worked perfectly for me.
