    Usually when they have an expansion, they bring the servers down for around 3 hours.

    Because the rest of us realized no matter what, you will always come across people on these forums who will be unable to formulate a proper English sentence. Though, none of us are perfect, asking others to at least be able to speak properly is a task you will find to be in vain.

    Also, remember that for many people, English is a second language, and it is the most difficult to learn due to our many rules, and the breaking of such rules. So, you should also remember that many cannot speak properly, nor write properly, and unless it is completely illegible for some reason (absolutely no sense whatsoever), it is best to not say anything.
