Seriously frankie wtf is going on. I submitted tickets awhile ago about banquet being filled and the support system being messed up and now I literally can't even get on it no matter what I try.

Firefox: *removed*
Internet Explorer: http://img121.imageshack.us/i/wtfpwi3.jpg/

It needs fixed so i can send in tickets and it's getting very annoying frankie.

Did you try clearing history/cookies/etc? If that doesn't work, just try waiting, maybe their fixing something with the ticket page having to do with the expansion. I would even guess the whole site is going to go through maintenance.

FYI: It shows the same thing when i open it on Firefox as well.

I've forwarded this on to the GM team, and they'll see what's up. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I could be wrong but the screen from Firefox seems to be quoting your password for Perfectworld asking if you want it to remember it. b:shutup

I'm pretty sure that is his username, not password. Either way though, OP, you should take that picture down as quickly as possible, and I would suggest changing your password regardless of which one it is.

Customer Service manager confirms that there is currently an issue with our ticketing system, and we're working with our provider to get it resolved. I'll keep you guys posted here as we get updates about this.

    Thanks for the report.

It's my username and I don't care if anyone knows it. Good luck finding out my password.

Ticket system should be back up, please try again and let me know if you continue to see that error message.

    Thanks!

What exactly is wrong with it? People can't send in tickets or there's something wrong with tickets already sent in?

Please don't tell me we'll have to re-send in tickets from the past weeks or so :c I can imagine the overload that would be for the ticket team not to mention the queue for getting the ticket answered.

The vast majority of the people who had this issue never got far enough to actually get the "Your Ticket Has Been Submitted" message.

If, however, between the hours of 10am and 11am PST, you got the "Your Ticket Has Been Submitted" message along with the error message, then please go ahead and re-submit your ticket now.

Otherwise, no worries, it's all good :)

I'm not convinced the ticket system really works any way. I submitted a ticket, finally got a reply email saying my problem had a solution, but did NOT tell me the solution or where to go to find said solution. End result, problem NOT fixed and customer is left believing the ticket system just plain sucks.

Or the people running the ticket system don't really want to fix my problem, they just want to tease me and keep my money. Hey, at least that way PWE's profit margins are intact.
