dragon points page

hello, i have been trying to purchase some items on dragon points page but when i try to send them it takes me to a blank page and says http 500 internal server error o.0 is this something thats gonna be fixed soon or maybe a page maint or something? any info is appreciated

    Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies yet? Let me know if you're still experiencing issues.

    it worked this a.m. maybe around 10 server time. i didnt do anything different than what i did last night. i just tried a few minutes ago to get another medal of glory and it did the exact same thing it did last night. it takes me to a blank page with http 500 error and say site is under maint or site has programming errors. seems to be hit or miss >.>

    Just to be completely certain, which webpage are you trying to visit when you experience this error?

    this page seems to be functioning properly at 1st
    i pick character and server to send rewards to.
    the little pop up works asking the qauntity of rewards to send
    but when u hit confirm, instead of it sending item, it goes to blank screen

    The website cannot display the page
    HTTP 500
    Most likely causes:
    •The website is under maintenance.
    •The website has a programming error

    I am having the same problem. I want to get a makeover scroll for my cleric and I can't. It gives me this HTTP 500 Missing Page crud. b:sad

    Ok i just tried the DQ rewards again and it worked b:victory but im still not sure why the HTTP 500 came up. It had been happening to me for like the last 3 days :o. Oh well im happy now i got my scroll :D b:cute

    i've tried on 3 diff browsers - firefox, IE and safari - none work - it did once randomly but again not working

    yeah mine worked again randomly but is still playing up - have tried using other computers, even tried my phone - tech support hasnt been entirely helpful either *sigh*

    This seems to be quite a common problem.
    Mine takes me to a totally blank page, not even an error messageb:puzzled

    I'm using Firefox, and it doesn't give me an error page... it just reloads the DQrewards page, without having deducted any DQ points, or sent any items. (IE does the same thing.) (Also a freshly downloaded Opera. <sigh>)

    Im having the same issue I have like 1408 points and I try to buy my makeover scroll. I click on my sever and player but when I confirm the payment of my points nothing came in my mailbox and the 1000 points didnt go away. Can someone tell me whats going on I really want my scroll b:sad

    i am having the same problem in that i am trying to buy a makeover scroll and it doesnt subtract my points or give me the item.

    Exact same thing for me, using Firefox..Click server, char..select item..amount..click..refreshes page with no DQ points lost and no items mailed (of course duh..., lol)

    It seems to me that it happens a lot at night / early morning. I have exp this many times and I never did anything different to cause it to work again. So I really think this is a server issue with the webpage.

    Used firefox, googlecrome, opera, ie, an safari with full cache dumps before each attempt. The problem is obviously server side an has been coming and going over the past few weeks. Same applies for the jones blessings. Any plans on fixing this in the near future?
