How do I recieve the Zen for installing the Bing Toolbar?

On the forums front page there is an advertisement saying get like 327 zen for installing the bing toolbar. I did all the steps and have not recieved any zen... Does anyone know if there is a process needed to actually get them?

    Anything involving free offers and not receiving the ZEN for fulfilling that offer should be directed to the billing department via the ticketing system. From there we can assist you and find out how to resolve this issue.

    I havent got problem with installing Bing toolbar and ive got ZEN. Have you done all instalation steps?

    PS. Can i redeem more ZEN by collecting bing credits?

    For installations and such, as far as I know from the top of my head, you need to have it installed for a certain amount of days (maybe a week...idk) and then they send it to offerpal to confirm you have the software installed for the requested days.

    For those of you who do try to make zen through offers, don't spend on it all the time because in the end, it stops giving zen (happened to me...lol I went to the point where they ignored my e-mails regarding zen rewards). Also, a tip for you is to take screenshots (include the date on your taskbar if possible if it is a time-base offer like installations) when you completed an offer to prove you have done what was asked for.
    I quit PW and all its games it had to cater to me. I'm off playing a better pay-to-play game where I experience no glitches, no spamming LF squads, lose stuff in PK mode, lose exp on death or anything for cheaper price than what I paid for here. However, I'll still be lurking around pwi forums from time to time. Quit Date: March 4, 2011 RIP my beloved characters. b:bye

    How do you get past step 1, i can t even see or acress the get zen button but all i can see is the bing reward site and log in. XD

    so It worked for me but not for my wife

    I cant "submit a ticket" because no offers show up in the Missing zen link. You need to select an offer in a dropdown list, because it never shows up I cant get past that point

    Toolbars installed. live id is signed in. good job once again on this

    Been there done that ticket submitted. How long does it take to resolve the issue?
