Level 100 Gear

I started playing PWI a long time ago, shortly after it came out. I quit for awhile, came back about a month ago. Right now I am 90, but lvling up pretty quick. I am hoping that I could get some help with my gear, I used the PWI calculator to set up the gear I want at lvl100, but some of it I don't know where I can get.

I am also hoping I could get an estimate of how much this gear would cost me in terms of either USD or PWI coin.
I am also wondering where I can get the lvl95 protection belt called Kirin's Storm?

Oh, and I wasn't sure if this is the right thread, or if trading was better. Figured I'd get more hits here. Thanks in advance :D

    Eh just rough estimations from my experience..

    First you need your 99 gear

    sleeves-15mill
    boots-25mill
    leggings-? Havent bothered with those yet
    Weapon-eh i got mine for about 10mill

    Now your moving onto NV
    NV weapon is 200 raptures at current price on lost city 1.3mill =260mill
    Uncanny's for boots sleeves and leggins = 100 each? i think for first cast
    and since there going for 430 129mill roughly

    Perfect shards are selling for 5mill a peice on LC so u can do the math there.

    My estimates = well over 500 mill before refines :o

    tl:dr your paying a crapload for that gear 500+mill or at current gold price over 650 dollars

    Yeah, for the amount of coin you'll be forking out, might as well go rank 8 then work on refining it. 70-ish gold and then you have a **** ton left over for whatever.

    lol I have like, 7 right now. And I've got my eye on 3 more with Genesis.

    So is rank 8 better than nirvana? Or just cheaper? Although, I could probably invest the extra coin in better shards for rank 8.

    Well i only ever kept 3 on me at a time, me and my clerical friend traded fash whenever we got bored of the outfits we had on :p

    R8 wep = TT99 +10
    R8 legs = tt99
    R8 chest >NV tt99> tt99

    also nirvana wep g13 is only 100 raptures, 250 total for g15 with random adds
    so ith bout 1.5m ish raptures(too lazy to check prices so just a guess) thatd be 150m for 1st cast and another 300m for 2nd cast

    altho if go for R8 will still need to get cape, hat, ring, neck, belt, wrists, and boots
    99 wrists are about 15mil or so and boots roughly 25m ish, the hat ur lookin at is G14 oht helm from the "Helm of holy punishment" that can be traded at any PWI boutique agent altho costs like 50m+ i think
    refines and shards alone would be fair amount of $$b:shutup
