I am ticked off again by this thing.I am sure many threads about this have been made , so i am going to retake it.
So..my question is : why europeans with a life can't attend events such as PK tourny/ Tiger event/ COA..
i am saying ''with a life'' because i cannot wake up at 4 am during the week to assist a event that might last til 6 am, when i have to work or whatever starting 8am.
i am 100% sure i am not the single person with this issue and others may have sent a countless amount of tickets.
is it just that GMs don't care?
yes it is a US server..but it is also international game.i doubt adding a normal hour for european players for the events would harm anything no?
and i hope that if we insist we'll get something....
take this thread as a QQ/complain i don't care..i know i'm right.

    What part of that can you not comprehend? The servers are located in america, they go off of american time zones, and therefore the events are scheduled for *gasp* american times.

    So it' hard to add another time to events?and do it 2x time /day? like nien event used to be?

    Why? So people who already make millions off of these events can make twice as much?

    My guild can make about 70-80 mil off of just tournament, you want to double that? I wouldn't mind, I'm sure other people would tho.


    If I go and play a game with servers based in europe, I don't expect the times of their events to cater to me.

    I don't rly ask for much do i?..is your problem i suppose how much money your faction does of the events..its supposed to be fun...and i'm not speaking on my name only..i'm sure a lot of ppl have this issue..nien event was just perfect for everyone..
    its about the fun you have in the events..im not a gold digger or anything-.-

    Nah, I'd love for us to get twice as many pages as well as a second warsoul helm every week.

    The fact is, they could cater to both. They could easily put some of the events at 5-7pm US time, that would still cater to Americans, but it would allow Europeans to get in on the action too.
    There realy is no reason to have every event at the same time.

    Problem is real. Yes would great that could hold some events at other time. But still funny that a player wrote it who never in her life worked any mins b:laugh Full DW knows her...

    Make the quest so its only to be taken once a day like cube or cs. Shouldn't be to hard.

    While the servers are US based it is still PWI and a significant part of the player base is in different time zones.

    Calm down Rawrgh. No reason to blame people for posting their opinion. I`m sure it's been asked many times before.
    My opinion ? I`m a player from Eastern Europe ( GMT +2 ) and all the events and territory wars are around 2 AM in the morning for me. I don't mind it because on Sunday I`m not at work and I can lay in bed as long as I wish to, but it's still a pain to stay awake to 2-3 AM to take part in something.

    This game has been out for over two years.

    Since day 1 EU players have complained about time zones.

    And yet, it still hasn't been changed.



    Now, answer this, why should they change the times?

    Events are based on server time, and there are no EU servers. Making events based on another time zone is just dumb.


    So why not add another one per day, and have two per day one for EU players and one for US?

    A little thing called inflation.


    Every monday celestial insignias are brought into the server from the celestial tiger event.

    You make that event twice a day and number of insignias brought in is roughly doubled. This will destroy the value of these.

    Same for rare pet scrolls from DT. Make it twice per day and the number of rare pet scrolls roughly doubles, which destorys the value of them.


    City of abomination badges, rings, as well as page of fate and OBP drastically reduces in price.


    Tournament scroll, page of fate, OBP drastically reduced in price.



    It's the same concept as when we had an almost constant double drops last summer, only worse. In that case you got twice as many mats that sold at half price, this case you get the same number at half price.

    Than why not just change the time of event and put it somewhere around afternoon server time?

    with other words ..who is not from US go away...they could do if they would care some changes to allow ppl from other place of world to attend some of the events at least... but i am pretty sure won't happen soon..wonder how server would look with us players only?
    insert here picture of a long hall way with spiders web all over and drops on walls..

    to be honest i am really considering to change server for better tw hours because i do like the game and i have the know how..i can make easy another caracter on other server just not be force wake up at 4 am for a tw that might last 3 min b:shocked

    I agree with Rawrgh, it's a US server. If one day PWE decide to create a EU server, you just need to move.

    You can still enjoy the other instances, event if the events are very late for you.
    I didnt do the events before lvl 90 and I never got any problem

    Just read back old news when east servers started. They were so proud that those servers are for EU players too!

    And btw yes, i think international means every country, but one sure more then just one continent...

    so basically rawrgh's argument is "having 2 events will drop the price of event rewards and prevent players from farming coins from them". hm, sounds like we will have events 24/7.

    international =Something (a company, language or organization) international mostly means that it involves more than one nation (country). The term international as a word means involvement of, interaction between or encompassing more than one nation, or generally beyond national boundaries.

    second, its called PW international, if they wouldnt allow certain europian players they could have banned our region, since we all are here and i KNOW for sure that 50% , maybe more, of the PWI players are europian,

    Well, would be cool to have 2 different times for all events.
    For the people arguing they would get too much profit of it... Daily race? You can only participate once a day. If that was done to all events, no problem.

    And this international ****... Im my opinion, the company should adjust to their playerbase. If theres really that many EU players, well make sure they are happy too if you want money.
    Im just sick of this 'go play another game, this is US!' Maybe look past your own pot and think of other people playing too...
