New DQ Rewards please :D

I'd like to see Dragon Orders as DQ Rewards for example, it's even kinda logical.

    It's nice but would completely ruin the idea of Dragon Quests. I think the reason why they didn't put Dragon Orders in DQ rewards was because if you have the DQ items, you can trade them in on the quest for Dragon Orders.

    Well, something new would be nice, perhaps at expansion they might add things.

    The current selection is pretty good.
    Since you can make event gold you can get everything in the event boutique.
    Maybe they could add tokens so you get everything in token exchange too? But then there are plenty of tokens anyway.

    My guess is that they will add some gemstones so there is something to use for runecrafting. Either that or mats for guild bases.

    I remember someone in one thread thinking that the aerogear tickets would be a good addition to the DQ rewards, maybe we'll see those.

    they are still working on it and had originally planed to release it before the expansion.
    seems it got delayed

    this pm was on dec 28th...

    As for new Dragon Point content, I'd like to put new stuff in before the expansion comes out, so hopefully a little after the new year.

    Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.

    Can't really be reasonable with all the Chests of Coin out there.

    For example:
    The Hammer is effectively worth 1,000,000 coins. The DQ price drop was 20%. Say we make it equal to this number, just for the heck of it. Take DQ91s as the standard at 3,160 coins and 30 points. Now, the price before the cut was 3,950 each, so that's 790 coins. Now, 1,000,000/790 = 1,265.82278 = 37,974.6834 Dragon Points. That would most likely be rounded up to a full 40,000. Now, if you grinded that 40,000 points, you'd be looking at 4,213,333 coins if you NPCed them. However, there are catshops buying those for 9,000 coins each, so you could sell them for 12,000,000 instead.

    Now, if you made the Perfect Iron Hammer competitive with the people buying DQs, you'd be looking at ~5000-6000 Dragon Points each. I myself have accumulated a total of 188,750 Dragon Points so far and I know there are people out there with more. Now, if you traded 200,000 coins' worth for 5,000 point Hammers, you'd be looking at 40,000,000 coins. And that's about eight Tokens of Best Luck.

    Now ask yourself: Does this look like it'll work without completely erasing the Chest of Coins from the game?

    If that happened, you'd probably be looking at 500 dragon points each. And that'd make them kinda useless.
