Wierd Message then Game Crashes

After downloading PWI and patching it up, I hit start, and I get the following

Then the game just crashes soon after that appears. I have read other threads about this situation, and they still havent helped. I set the resolution to the lowest settings, and windowed it. I also uninstalled PWI and reinstalled again. It still is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    some *.pck files is broken. You need full verify or reinstall game*(

    same thing hapaning to me in FW i restar windows and now is working
