Why registration is closed for Russian? It looks as direct display of disrespect, and dishonors this project!

It is the international project and it to be obliged to is opened for EVERYBODY, irrespective of their nationality!

    I am sorry to hear that :( but rest assured I am sure there is a good reason for it. Not a reason of discrimination but one of red tape.

    Here you go, I did a quick search for you and find this, it may not say Perfect World game specifically but since it says PW entertainment I am sure it applies to Perfect world as well since PWE owns both games:
    Perfect World Entertainment has blocked the Russian region IP addresses due to licensing issues. There'll be a Russian version of Ether Saga Online released soon. Perfect World Entertainment only holds the North American licensing, not Russian.

    And as it looks from outside they haven't reflected. Looks as an insult. I hate bureaucrats.

    I do not think PWE is intending to insult anyone. I really think its just that they only have the US license to the game not the Russian one. If you want a Russian version, my guess would be you would have to contact the makers of PW-CN (Perfect World China).

    I know that they weren't going to offend anybody. But the Russian servers work terrible.Mail.ru do nothing normally, they only sell air. It would be desirable to play on the normal server. I have an account, but my friends-not.

    I am not sure if I am giving bad advice or not or maybe violating the rules. I would suggest tho that you make them an account and see if they can log in from where they are. I know you have an account yourself, so you must have been able to make one at some point right? Either that or get someone in the US to make your friends an account. I am not sure tho if it works based on where you log in from, or where you create the account from.
