not getting my dq items

so.. i have dq points, and when i log into the site http://pwi.perfectworld.com/dqrewards and select my server and character, and the item i wish to buy, the site loads.. like it worked, but i do not get my item and my dq points do not change. This has been happening for 3 days now and im still getting nothing. I have cleared my cache, i have run a program like "ccleaner" to remove temp internet files and all that. It still does not work. It wont allow me to purchase anything with my points. b:surrender

    b:angry I am also having the same problem, so my guess is, it's another server side error that won't get fixed in the near future. But look on the bright side by the time they get it fixed we will have enough dq points for all rep and general tokens we need to get rank 9 b:laugh
    My bank loves that Barb's are obsolete, I haven't had to spend a dime in a long time.
