Soulf of Vengeance broken in PK

So, lets say you are a level 30 psychic, out doing a quest, and naturally you have soul of vengeance running. Some level 100 wizard comes by and 1-shot kills you. Suddenly, you are back at a town, with a pink name, and you notice that you lost your weapon. Soul of vengeance causes you to automatically hit anyone that attacks you, meaning that they don't get the 2 hour penalty for killing a defenseless person, and you get a chance to drop items when you are killed.

Anyone else think this is a broken mechanic?

    i think that u could avoid this if you mess with protections.

    i guess that some psy in a pvp server could help more xd
    you only purge once #yopo

    Yup. Turn on all protections and you won't reflect damage back. The icon to change it is right under the minimap.

    Also you can't drop an equipped item from pink; only random inventory items.

    I've one hit a wizard with just soul of vengeance on.

    Granted, she was low level, but poor girl didn't know what hit her...literally, she actually whispered me after and asked me wtf was that.

    I like Soul of Retaliation for killing lowbie PKers. Same effect as Soul of Vengeance, but the damage is half of your soulforce (instead of just 8%). b:chuckle
