    Per the forum rules, I must ask you all to at least provide a translation of any foreign language posts you may make. Most of our admins and tech support staff are English-speaking, and Google Translate often is inaccurate. This would help them give you better service!

    So. First of all I'd like to call all Russian players to calm down. It's not "discrimination" how you try call it. I'm sure that it's temporary problems. At least i really hope so.
    Second: I'd like to here official announcement from PWI stuff why is that problem appears. I don't want to offend administration of that server, but it's CRUEL VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS. Please understand us (Russian speaking players), we came here to have fun, to charge ZEN and have a pleasure from being a part of huge international community of Perfect World.
    Third: You say that we have our own Perfect World Russia. True, we do have it, but we hate it! You see, the difference of support team and players on PWI and, let's call it, PWR is so huge, that u can't even imagine your self. To understand how we fell, i can ask you to play for at least a day on Russian server, then you might realize our feelings about that situation. You can not just compare PWI and PWR as the same game. It's like two different worlds: first perfect and second... I'd like to refrain from commenting.
    Fourth: It's more like proposition. If you do have some problems with Russian players in game or on forum, you always can create a small (1-2 person) team of Russian speaking Mods. If it sounds fun for you, trust me, it works. Simple example is European server of MMORPG Cabal-online. If you interested in it, you can go and check their forum. Their system works excellent through the years and they don't have any problems at all with "Russians". It's not a commersial, it's just an example.
    Fifth: I can realize only one reason why it's happening. Tell me if i wrong. It's a preventing measure of huge income of new wave of "dead souls"(how we call new players, that came just to see new race and leave etc.). I really hope that it's the only reason.

    I hope to here (or it's better to say read) comments from PWI stuff. And I'd like to say once again: we do do like playing with PWI.

    I joined the PWI recently. And I want to have an opportunity to play in normal conditions with normal civilized people. Now russians can't purchaze Zen, tomorrow you will close PWI for players from Russia?? That's not fair... This is very sad.
    PS:Unfortunately I do not have any strength and desire to play in russian servers, because of it's awful maintenance.

    First of all, International =/= Global. I have no idea what the hell it means in Russian, go look it up in a dictionary.

    Second point, there's a PW Russia out there, regardless of it's maintenance it's still widely available to all Russian inhabitants. It only makes sense to limit their play to that game. I assume in the end they're all under PWE's management, maybe PW Russia needs players, so they cut off new registered players from joining PWI. Suck it up and go play PW FOR MUZZA RRRRRUSHA! <= Always wanted to do that :D

    это просто задница,неужели нельзя было предупредить,по-моему все русские не дурачки,и понимают,как легко можно срубить бабла,перепродам репутацию(Я в январе на ней поднял 595миллионов,а потратил всего 140).Я закинул на ЯД 50 баксов,и на следующий день мне пишут"А не пошёл ка бы ты нах"(Перевод крайне не точный)Они поступили хуже,чем нивал,поступает ежедневно.b:shocked

    I`ve the same problem - can`t access the charge zen page. As I understand players from Russia, that was registered before this "probably ban" (not sure if it really is), are allowed to play. So, why can t I charge my zen then? Or Russian accounts have some limits now?

    According to the dictionary, the word International means concerning or belonging to all or at least two or more nations, so International normally = Global.

    And I still have not found a dictionary saying that International = Global minus Russia.

    Sorry for the delay! Let me try and clarify somethings. As posted earlier by Darthpanda16, Russia now has its own version of Perfect World to play. So as of last week, we can no longer accept new Russian registrants. b:surrender

    However, if you were registered with us prior to last week, we will honor your account and you may continue playing your account with us.

    Now we did have some issues were our current Russian players had some zen issues. This has been resolved, and you should be able to purchase zen for your account now.

    If any of our current Russian players (those of you who registered with us prior to last week) still has problems login into the game or purchasing zen, please feel free to contact Customer Support via our ticketing system or at customerservice@perfectworldinc.com. b:thanks

    In all begs the same question, for what, or why you do not take account registration with the Russian ip addresses?
    As has already been written many times higher in Russian Perfect WORLD is not possible to play, because Administration Perfect World russian creates unacceptable conditions for the full game. In view of this, more comfortable playing for Russian players definitely on your game server.
