Now more detail .
2 days ago i accidentally сlick at "French" language in this window.After 1 day all Russian players see it http://radikal.ru/F/i081.radikal.ru/1102/2f/5d599203e660.jpg.html and me too
In general i need charge my ZEN(50$)but this problem don"t give me do this.Now when i click at "save"(English language)button does not work and I see it <<Our sincerest apologies, we cannot provide service to players in your region or to players using open proxies.

    Please submit a ticket to Customer Service in regards to this issue. They will be able to assist you further.

    The new support system encourages users to browse the trouble-shooter and knowledge-base prior to submitting a ticket. However if your question was not answered, you can submit a ticket by doing the following:

    1. Log onto our support page at: http://support.perfectworld.com/

    2. Click and select either the Request Support or Trouble-shooter option

    3. Select the game and category and select Continue to Step 2

    4. Browse all the answers related to the category and carefully read all the topics that may apply to your issue

    5. If you are unable to find your answer at Step 2, select My answer is not here

    6. You will be prompted for a search, enter any keyword search that reflects your issue (i.e. Cultivation quest)

    8. Select Search and Continue for the search to query your results

    9. At the Search Results page, take time to carefully browse and read any topics that reflect you issue.

    10. If you are unable to find an answer, select My answer is not here

    11. Now you will have the option to submit a ticket by clicking on the Request Support icon

    12. Make sure to fill out all the fields with as much information as possible and click Submit at the bottom of the page.

    Once you have successfully submitted your ticket you will receive a ticket number. We ask that you only submit a maximum of 1 ticket for your issue. Check your email or log back into our support page for an update of your ticket. We generally respond to a ticket within 1-2 business days.

    Preexisting PWI Russian players can play.


    As of this week, however, PWE is no longer accepting players from Russia due to certain changes.

    There is a Russian version of Perfect World that you can play. b:surrender

    If you are a player who has an account before this week, and are having troubles with the website or games, please contact Customer Support in a ticket so they can check out your account and try to help you.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    WHAT WHY?I hate all the Russian company producing the game and so many Russian players went to play the PWI,because they are "good" administration and the playersb:laugh
    Now I realized it's not. And please rename the server,it is no Perfect World INTERNATIONAL,it is Perfect World Americab:victory

    OK. I can even understand your point, It's so stupid though. But my registration date is 06/13/2010 and I still can NOT charge ZEN. I have a "banned region" error on billing page.b:angry
    I contacted support to resolve my issue. Number of my ticket is #15049-180815 (Date Created 2/17/2011 11:56 AM PDT). I still wait for answering my request.b:angry

    P.S. Глупая дискриминация русских игроков со стороны PWE. На наш оф. сервер никакого желания возвращаться нет, пусть сами попробуют в том гадюшнике поиграть. К тому же русские донатят немало, неужели им не нужны наши деньги. Жесть короче, перекрыли кислород.

    I'm just interested in the reason: why? Why did PWI ban russian ppl? Why did they ban the old players' billing profiles?
    That's really unfair.

    ololo. I guess Russians will understand me. I've been playing PWI for about 7 moths and I dont want to leave. I dont want to play on russian official servers for the reasons that were already mentioned. I can understand why u banned Russian region but what about charging ZEN? And when I tried to solve that problem with ticket through Support they just continued sending me new ticket routes even when i told them that I was playing from Russia :D

    Why? I can't understand it. I want play on PWI server, because Russian company producing the game is awful. It's very stupid decision to ban russian ppl, I think. I'm very afflicted and disappointed. b:sad

    This is DISCRIMINATION against the Russian people. I do not want to play in idiocy, which is a Perfect World Russia. There will introduce a new race in the best case in a year!

    I still unfair and sad.
    I do not want to play on Russian servers - they are poorly maintained, the game is not fun. Now we are deprived of a normal game (not completely, all functions of the account) and on an international server. Here we have second-class citizens. That is discrimination.b:sad

    Signed up. No, srsly, you just basically say "russians go home". Thank you, PWE? I mean, I play for a long time already and I use cash-shop. I can't use billing, I get "no using proxies" message even if I DON'T use any - it's against rules, lol. I can't get my jones blessing for some days already, I guess that' s cause I play from Russia too? So, PWE, are you still sure it's INTERNATIONAL?

    Lol, finally i can login. As you see, i joined PWI a lot of time ago...and, i now i can't redeem my dqrewards and blessing.
    But it not a main problem now. My best friend can't open pwi web-page! she joined with me a lot time ago too. But she can't enter in the game and CANT OPEN website for send a ticket.
    So tell me guyz, why? i wanna play with her. we worked like a team, and i wont say good bye to her character.
    Btw, her charcter is named "maaya" on Raging Tide server. And her login is Luaine. Plz unlock her acces to game.

    I play on PW Russia more than a year. I hate PW Russia service and hate Astrum Nival + mail.ru.
    These organizations occupy a lot of projects.
    But it does not care about the quality of service.
    I will never go back to PW Russia.
