I really need some help, :(!

Hey PWI community,

I have just started PWI and I am experiencing some issues that I cannot seem to fix and they stop me from playing the game properly. Sorry if this forum was the wrong place to put it, but seeing it was a beginners forum and I am a beginner it just seemed like out of all of them this would be the most acceptable place to place this.

Number 1: When I move, I walk say 10 paces, then jerk back to where I was 10 paces ago and never actually get anywhere, not to mention the hurting of my eyes trying to keep up with it. I have read the minimum requirements and I am far past the required specifications and have played many other games with much higher graphics with no troubles at all, so I would safely say a computer issue in terms of performance would be the cause. I am really wanting to keep leveling up but with this I just cannot do so.

Number 2: This issue is a little more minor, but certainly very annoying. My hotkeys for my moves do not work. I saw key bindings, reset to default etc but they just do not want to work. It is a little frustrating clicking the button every time, especially being a World of ******** player who recently came to PWI for a change of scene, hot keys make everything easier for me as I am so used to them.

Would love some help on this issue so I can get back into the game and experience it at its full potential.

    For the first issue I just stop walking, see where my character wants to end up and then rotate my camera a bit then try walking again, or jumping away. I know that seems really simple, and you've probably tried that but it seems to work for me. If not then stop walking and use the town portal skill.

    As for the second one, I am not really sure why this could be, mine work fine for me. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, I am new myself, but just pointing out what worked for me.

    One set of hotkeys is 1-9 the other is F1 to F8, are you sure you're using the right set?

    For the first response, Yer I have tried what you mentioned I will try the town portal thing as well. Good luck with the rest of your gaming and thank your for responding any response is appreciated :D

    For the second response, I believe so, I fiddled a little bit but no matter what I did 1-9 would not work only click would :(

    Any other ideas and I am open for them, the first issue is the most problematic but the second is minor and not as important.

    Which set of 1-9 are you using? That could be the problem.

    That first issue happens to me all the time .. if you have a flying mount u can fly away .. its a glitch .. if you cannot fly then relog and come back on .. it should fix that first problem.

    As for your hot keys .. play with the "v" key and the "~" key .. you might have pressed them by mistake .. normally you want to use ur F keys or ur number keys .. try playing with those
