Registration trouble

Writting this post as for a friend who is having issues registering/getting started

He registed on the site and downloaded the game rather early in the morning today.
His email never showed up, he has checked his spam filter and found nothing. He tried to log in and got the incorrect username/Password messege. He comes to the website and tries to log in, it gives him a no account messege. So, He tries to use the option to retrive his email thinking he mistyped his password of such somehow. Puts the info in and gets No account linked to Email.

Advice on how to get him logged in and ready to go would be appreciated b:thanks

    Please have your friend submit a ticket to Customer Service. Be sure to have them include all the details you have written above in their ticket. b:victory

    Being unable to log in will he still be able to? He cant log into the website or forum. and for as much as I know you have to get to to your account to send a ticket. Please correct me if Im mistaken on this.
