    If I had a 1bil, I would finish Refining my R8, get my ornaments and niri pants and dags. Invest some in merchant stock, and use some to help people who need it.

    1 Billion is the cost of a fully tricked out faction base, so I guess I would do that. If there was anything left over, I would put it towards a Herc for my Veno, which otherwise I would never own.

    Proper patch notes, I can achieve the rest on my own.
    I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.

    I would definitely get a guild base for the faction. Then I'd get some R9 gear for me and my barb :D any left over goes into faction bank to use as the team would like!

    I would buy a lot of gold... then once people are asking for gold at 1mil coins, I'd sell either half or 2/3 of the amount of gold I have.
