cash shop and pvp ?

i searched and didnt find anything dont know if i missed something anyhow here is my question :
does cash shop unbalance pvp ?

    It can. The cash shop offers items that replenish hp/mp when they reach a certain point, allow for the refinement of weapons, armor, and other gears (which increase your hp, atk power, and phys or mag def). In regards to the refinement, for example, a Mirage Sword ( a lvl 22 legendary {ie, rare} magic sword) has a magical dmg range of 217-265. When you refine that sword to up to lvl 3, the dmg range increases to 251 - 299. The stronger the weapon and higher the refine, the greater the boost in dmg.

    So, yes, cash shop items can unbalance PvP to a large extent.

    The best gear in the game can be simply bought directly from the cash shop. THAT is how much it unbalances things.
