The biggest benefit is to others.... they know to be nice to Fuzzy's wife lest they face the wrath of an upset panda! b:laugh

Marriage, other than sharing the companionship of another player in the game for life (or until a divorce), gives you the option to do daily Marriage quests with exp and spirit reward as well as a box that usually contains 1 mirage celestone. You have the change of getting a rare pet, as well!

Too bad few people can take a persons question serious enough to answer it!
Unfortunately, I don't know enough on the subject to make up for the dribble in this thread.
I hope the original poster found their answer in a thread with some content in it!
Jeesh, what ever happened to this game

you get to do the daily quest that gives you a heart and a box save up enough of those hearts and you get to make a ring that gives you a daily blessing.

Everything has its beginnings, but it doesn't start at one. It starts long before that... The world is born From zero. The moment zero becomes one is the moment the world springs to life. One becomes 2. 2 becomes 10. 10 becomes 100. taking it all back to one solves nothing. so long as zero remains... One.. Will eventually grow to 100 again.

    To be serious, this is what I would say;

    Pro's:
    Marriage Quest
Always have someone to talk to
Always have someone to squad with
Depending on class, wifey/hubby can make creating squads easier if they're a cleric/barb

    Cons:
For the guys- you're kinda restrained to what she wants.
For the girls- you have to listen to us ramble on and on and on and on...

Staying single after i read this :

"I thought you and .... were married ?"
"Yes, we were, but i don't wanna talk about it..."
"Seriously, why did you break up ? You worked so well together"
    "He cheated on me."
    ".....'

    ...with a freakin TOON ? WTH ? b:surrender

When people start convincing themselves that their ingame marriage is REAL, then it's time to bail out and stay single. And doing it for a daily quest ain't going to convince me otherwise.

This ^ boyfriend and I play together so we got our characters married for the quest and because I think it's cute. b:cute

if you aren't with them irl

pro- its cute :3 quest is easy (sometimes TOO easy) with good exp, I get over 300k each day from it (based on level), fashions, someone to play with :3

Cons- if you're other is controlling or mean/stupid if can create some unpleasant drama I suppose. My friend had this problem sadly. b:surrender just be careful with whom you tie the e-knot with.

Listen to your wife rant about ridiculous prices at the supermarket-I-mean-catshops. Get strapped with the laundries, kids, and dirty dishes. Receive no tax deduction when making purchases or shared health insurance on plowing instances.

The Bride Pack includes a Bride Dress and Bride Shoes, and the Groom Pack includes a Groom Suit, Groom Pants, and Groom Shoes.

The marriage itself gives you 10 Gift Pouches, which each randomly contain a Triumph Money, Wedding Candy, Wine, or Wedding Invitation. You also get a Banquet Reservation, which can be used in the Wedding Chapel for a Wedding Ceremony event.

The Wedding Ceremony event provides different rewards for you and the friends you invite, depending on the contribution points you earn during the event. See that link for details.

And finally, once married you can do the daily Marriage Quests, as mentioned previously.

Oh... and you get your betrothed's name above your head, though that seems to be more of a con than a benefit to me.
