What is the best way to grind for a cleric?
My level 36 cleric ran out of quests, I already did the crazy stone, and my cleric needs another 30% to go until a level up. I don't want to just wait until tomorrow and do the crazy stone again. I want that EXP bar to keep on moving every second!!
So where should I go and what monsters should I grind on?

Look for fly monsters (mobs) = better EXP you get.
Grinding is booooring. From level 40 you get daily quests called BOUNTY HUNTER.0 -
Another relatively easy and rather profittable mob to grind on would be antelope pups down near Silver Pool. They might not be as good exp as flying mobs, but they have the highest drop rate of hay in the game - and hay is a very valuable drop when you sell it to other players.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
Thanks for the sig Ophida0 -
Buy a couple of Oracle IIs, they're almost necessary if you want to get out of the high 30s without grinding. Or if you're strapped for cash, the Snakevalley Hexwraiths and Lupine Berserkers near the Allies Camp have the greatest concentrated glue drop rate in the game, which usually sells for more than hay does. They're closer to your level than antelope pups, too, so you get more exp. The antelopes are a lot easier though, because they do magic instead of physical attacks.0

Pick on Wood mobs, air, or water mobs. Wood mobs goes easier and faster, and air and water mobs grants higher exp.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

If your Cleric is on Archosaur as well, grind the mobs over by Allies camp. Get as much of the concentrated glue as you can get, then go to west Archosaur. By the wine maker (near the crossroads), you will find a player shop by a guy named Suarance, he will have the lighter shop, not the cat. He is a quick way to get a good amount of cash from mats. The problem though is because he buys at such high rates, he sells so much higher that from what I can see, he basically owns the mat market and controls its prices.
Anyways, a good tip. Once you get into your 5x levels, go to Dawn's Cry and grind the mobs there. They have an excellent drop rate on concentrated oil, and he buys those for about 10k+ each.
So, since it is so easy to level in this game, just use your grinding time to make yourself some money, not to get exp.0 -
I really can't recommend Silver Pool as Leveling Area, when i just did my quests around there i was killed like hmm.... 20 Times by the bored pk crowd what reside there usually
But the Hints with Water and Air mobs , also picking wood mobs is very good. Allies Camp should a good place to level up for you, just try to avoid orchid temple area unless you wanna die often. When you made a few levels go and grind the Magic Spiders or whatever they was called close to the tombstone mobs (near anglers village). They do Poison DOT wich you can purify and they are weak to wood and on top they have low hitpoints. I feelt also they have a nice droprate of all kind of items and you can harvest some plants and ressources that spawn around for that bit of extra income.I hate Room 380 -
I can't imagine playing on a PvP server, where I would probably just die all the time from bored high level or sins, never making past 10 feet from Safe Zone. Even on PvE when I switched to white name out of curiosity, instantly TWO sins homed in and started stalking me all the way from Silver Pool to Hidden Orchid, and they just keep camping me. How do you even grind and save money on PvP (repair bill)?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

It's just the way it is. People are asses if given the chance to hide behind anonymity. If their camping was for a long amount of time and it prevented you from questing, you can try submitting a ticket for griefing, though I am not sure how far that will get you. I used to kill anyone with a white name in PK, but not more than once. That's just boring... b:embarrassProving that not only archers do math since 2009. b:victory

Hmm yeah Suarance is awesome, but I have some coal, high-carbon steel, etc. that I think I don't need anymore and should sell. Who is the best person for that do you think?0 -
Well, early on in the 30s, as well as the 20s, you had the option of toxicons in that encircled tree area, which is a cleric's wet dream (surprised this doesn't get mentioned more often), then right above Allies and all around the eastern coast area nearby you have wood DOT mobs that not only clerics eat alive but can easily puri from and get 1.5x experience because they're air mobs.0

You're talking about the bloody goldwings right?
I just tried to grind on them, and yes they are so much easier!! b:thanks
the queen beekins are another choice, but I get mana leaked.0
