    Okay so I know what it is, and I have seen the other simulator to show how to get most of the tomes.

    but it doesn't have this tome in it.

    I don't see it on AH?
    I don't see it in Cat shops.
    I have a tome for Eternity's Moon. and judging of the cost I am assuming love up and down is 100's of millions?
    but I still want one. and I want to know, is there a lvl restriction on equipping it if I have it at lvl 1 or do I have to wait til lvl 90 when its no good to me?

    and while we are on the subject, if I wanted to make one where is the cheapest cheap cheapest place to get Perfect tokens of luck?
