Hi guys i am making a petition to make Blood Paint a universal buff so that every class may recieve it

I need support tho for this idea to get anywhere so if you agree then can you please come and support this idea here in this thread

if you dont agee then please dont spam it up as this is a serious effort

    wouldnt that mean arcane users like wizards/clerics would pretty much get a megachunk load of HP every time they hit?

    No. It'd be like how magic attack buff doesn't affect archers, Strength of Titans doesn't affect clerics/wizards/psychics/venomancers and the like. It's actually a valid point if you think about it.

    this would be troublesome if a barb has it :S.maybe if this idea is implemented then they should do some changes,like.barb gets 25% of the normal rate etc....
