Character Glitch?

Uh so I've noticed lately on my game that all characters have from what i can guess the default face/head model for each class/gender/race etc. Veno + Elf + Human (Male and Female) all just have black hair and the same face. Tideborn are all bald and Barbs are of course normal.

I have no idea what to do and i hope you people on these forums that might try to help me do know whats wrong here.

    in your user interface settings there's a checkbox labeled "customizations". make sure it's checked.
