Welcome to my Marriage Guide. This Guide will cover how to get married as well as the marriage daily. I hope you will find this information useful <(^_^<)
Getting married

Currently marriage in PWI can only be accomplished by a female and a male character. To get married both partners have to be at least level 20 and be in a squad together with the male having lead.

To start the quest both people need to talk to the Eldest Matchmaker located in west Archosaur at 521, 655. The elder will require the groom to hand in a Stamp of Eternity only found in a Groom Pack http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/9386 and the bride to hand in a Silk of Eternity found in a Bride Pack http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/9387.
These packs can be found in the Shop Marriage part of the Cash Shop (located by pressing O) and generally sell for 30 gold each.
After each person has handed in their items the groom will get a second quest to complete the marriage.
The marriage quest will reward you each with 10 Gift Pouches http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/9376 that contain different rewards.

Triumph Money
Sells at NPCs for 99,999 coins.

Wedding Candy
100 Wedding Candies can be handed in to the Commander-in-Chief at 522 626 for 2000 reputation. They also sell to players for about 200,000 coins each on Lost City server.

Wedding Wine
Can be traded in at Eldest Matchmaker for FB wines.

Wedding Invitation
Used to acquire an extra stone quest for 1 day.
Congratulations you are now married!

    Awesome guide SunnyS.

    As a tip to all those cleric-cleric, arcane-cleric and maybe arcane-arcane couples.

    Lesser Spiders, Giantfang Spider, Nightspike Strider, Nightspike Cannibal, Pedalbiter Batwings can be easily killed getting on melee range and nuke'em like crazy.

    Most of them does only 1 or little physical damage (Nightspike Strider does around 450 phys dmg tho) than can be perfectly spam healed. It'll be faster, safer, less annoying and cheaper than trying to attack them from ranged wasting MP pots n' food n' charm to keep your MP bar filled enough to attack.

    Havent confirmed if that can be done with Chinling Governor and Aegis Tower Disciple yet. If someone has done it please confirm or I'll update this post when I get those quests and test it myself.

    Has anyone else had an issue with the Chinling Governor resetting while you are attacking it? Also this "every few minutes" that the mobs spawn...seems to be like 5 mobs spawn at once while the boss is trying to reset.

    We are both lvl 83 (cleric and barb), so this shouldn't really be a problem for us...any thoughts?

    level 89 is 338688 exp and 82944 spirit. thanks for the guide.

    A guide for the cathedral part would certainly be nice. But this is a pretty strong guide too. ^^ It's just not what I'm looking for at the moment since the new system came out. x.x

    Thanks for this guide! Just wanted to say the exp for lvl 98 is 511119. :)
    I'm about to lvl my main to 99 on nothing but MQ for the whole lvl 98. :P

    Got 2 married toons to the same wonderful guy's toons, up to MQ number 161 - Never missed one yet. :)

    can anyone tell me if theres a lvl cap to this....like if my hubby lvls faster or i do will one of us be capped??

    sorry to burst anyones bubble but with Proper research one would fine the exp is based off of the current Crazy stone quest thus exp for completing marriage quests is 147% of what you would get for doing a CS at your level when you do the Marriage quest

    one cant get married at level 30+ the game at this time caps at level 105 with plans to cap at 150 so for now the exp will be no more then 147% of the 354300 exp you get at 99-105 level for CS that would be 520821 exp at level 99+ untill they change the CS when they change the level cap if they do

    Heres just some helpful information on failing marriage quest, things that I've experianced.
    • Changing leads during quest fails it
    • If you invited another person to help, make sure they leave AFTER its all completed and handed in otherwise the quest will fail if they leave before you hand it in. - Yes, this means you can invite other people to help with the quest, very good for lower levels.
    • If the person with lead disconnects the quest will fail. To prevent this, have the person that is least likely to dc to collect the quest and have lead
    • Sometimes but not all the time logging off will make the quest fail, depending on who has lead and who logged off, my partner logged off before we handed in the quest, but when he logged back on we both still had the quest.
