Hey everyone... I quit about half a year to about a year back... was wondering if it's safe to come back.

I hear there's gonna be 2 new races in march... other than that.. was wondering how's the economy and how a veno would do survivng on her own is these days. I know cash shopping is always gonna be around.. hmm... also last i heard.. HH was not do-able or something.. has that changed ??

I don't like cash shopping much.. still, that does not mean i don't do it. In any case to each his own and i respect those who do and those who don't equally. (Please dont turn this into a flaming thread.) The way i see it; it's just a way to get things done faster.. but enough about that.. real question is.. is it possible to play without cash shopping an obscene amount??

PK/WB... Who are the Giants now?

Average Gear and lvl everyone is now.... Is everyone running around with Nirvana 2nd recast and mad wepons ??

Are packs still around ??? which brings me to my next question.

How much is gold these days ????

Has the game changed ?? what's everyone playing?? last i recall everyone was buidling on dps characters.


Please Advise a Lost Veno. ;)

    HH 3-x is more difficult, though still doable. Soloing for a non 5 aps is almost impossible on certain bosses now.

    It IS possible, especially if you want to play at your own pace. However, if you want to play with the top dogs, you better be a damn good merchanter in order to live without cash shop

    PK/WB... Who are the Giants now?

    PK giants would probably be PokerFace and ThaClick. For rpking, I'd say us RedHawks probably have that down. As far as general PvP and TW, Essence is the top faction, with very little resistance. Kamisama sprouts up once in a while and suprises everyone before losing some members and then land again, though personally I want to see Kami take everything Essence has.

    Average level I would say is 90-101. Alot of high levels now, and as far as gear goes, Rank 8 is probably the most common end game gear now, though you will see alot of -interval sins and bms (and archers and barbs lol) with 5 attacks per second. Nirvana gear is rampant, though most people use Nirvana as a coin generator rather than a gear instance.

    Havent been on today, but last I checked gold was around 750k-ish. Its gone up to over a mil with recent sales though, and has kinda stabilized at this point, though for how long is anyones guess.

    The game has changed a little as far as PvP and TW go because of various sales. People level insanely fast these days so there are more high levels than before. HH changes make the 3-x difficult. Other than that, the game should be the same from half a year ago when you say you left. As for what everyone is playing, alot of people have rolled sins for various reasons (PvP easy button and 5aps farming for PvE)

    Please Advise a Lost Veno. ;)

    You should come back. It is definitely different now.. but you can still have decent to good gear without cash shopping. Just need patience to farm. :)


    PVP is not what it used to be, and hasn't for some time. But I think if you and maaaaaaybe your sweet hubby came back we can have fun like we did in the old days. Just would need to change strategy when and where. (I know hubby won't prolly return...wishful thinking).

    b:quiet omg shhhh.... i can't live in his shadow... i must come out of it.

    I tried talking to the hubbs... but he says... no. maybe not now... but... maybe... in a couple of months... he might get influenced. b:sin he left all his dps characters half way.. maybe i'll pick up where he left off.

    I know server is gonna reset... It sounds exciting.. something to play for again. b:thanks

    Looking for a hubby for my veno though... =P maybe a male cleric or a nice strong barb.. or a handsome sin?? hahahahahahahah b:chuckle dont tell the hubbs!

    Anyway.. yeah.. I think i'll come... =) as soon as i finish season 7 of smallville. xD

    So you telling me you never used anything from boutique? Not saying you didnt farm for gold to get the items from boutique. However I am saying you used the items correct? I believe this game would be fun also if boutique wasnt involved. But dont complain unless you never have used anything from it. Cash shop or farm everyone uses stuff from it in some way shape or form.

    I was wondering... lets say u have MANY pcs... I have 4.. 2 for hubbs.. 2 for me.. can i run frost for all my char for frost and nirvana?? is it possible to macro them on bosses? or must everyone be active???

    7x/8x don't even try that. low 9x and high 9x only if you have really well geared aps chars. The time it takes to clear frost when you have to micro each char per boss is too long without good aps. Also you might run into trouble in the big room where you get like 50% of the xp of frost from. especially on the heads, your gonna miss a lot of them unless you have godlike micro skills. Nirvana, i wouldnt attempt doing that without at the least a tanky dps like aps barb / bm and another aps sin. They do random seals/agro now and yeah it just takes too long without aps.

    Anyways id recommended getting at least 1 other person to do the runs with you so you can have a much smoother run and possibly full squad
