Where is my ZEN?

So like, I bought ZEN using Paymo. I wrote the code to finish my purchase and it started loading for about 5 minutes.
I got a text saying the purchase was complete, and the money was gone from my phone. But on my screen it didnt finish loading yet so I tought if I restart my phone, mabey it'll complete. But it didnt, I havent gotten a mail saying that I bought ZEN and I didnt get any ZEN either. Now to the questions.
Where is my ZEN?
Why didnt I receive a message to my mail saying the purchase was completed successfully?
How come money was taken from my phone when I didnt get ZEN in exchange?
Please answer asap.

    you say paypal, then mention your phone which is paymo? I think.

    Firstly please clarify which method you used. That will help people to help you.

    Secondly why post on the forums? The support staff do not monitor threads here regularly. To discuss account or billing issues you need to raise a support ticket.

    I did send a ticket, but i've send other tickets before and it usually take more then 3 days or I dont get an answer at all. I just tought if someone have had the same problem as me with this mabey they would know what to do. :D
