pvp rank ponderings

ok...so i have close to 4k pk....but im not listed on the pvp rank so i was wondering if there was some sort of lvl req. to get on it...cuz the lowest i saw was 84...and im only 79

    Why is rubberbanding still here? Why is it the water glitches fashion? Why is it venos with big tails, their clothes glitched so it looks ripped apart. Because PWI is either A. Lazy or B. Just really don't care. So get use to it like Adroit said. If you're a pvp king, then prove it..slay everyone.

    why can mobs/pets still run through doors, why do close range phy mobs still get buged from pets attacking above its head, why is it that at a distance fashion cloths degrade and you can see bits were not supposed to, where did the venos waist area disapear to when they have the large tails, why can mobs run up mountains that go straight up and run the same speed regardless of steepness, why do any physical type mob get the hit in when they die just because they were about to move there hand to start the animation for there attack

    the list goes on.

    Dont forget big tailed venos can't change this skin color it only changes their face =o

    If you kill one person 10 times in 24 hours you will get 10 kills to your core connect. But towards the rankings you only get 1 kill. You may only kill the same person once per day. This is to avoid abuse.

    4k PK kills at level 79? Back in "MS" days I saw plenty of people with 2k+ kills pre-80 but 4k sounds like a lot.
