Missing skill

Hi im a lvl 49 assassin and I dont have Spark Eruption yet and I see other people lower than my lvl with it how do i make it come ?

    did you finish your spiritual cultivation?

    go to your skill trainer - see if the skills are greyed out - if they are you need to look for gold quests in your quest log - finish these and you should be able to get your spark.

    if they are not greyed out - buy them. simples.

    Yes i always get lvl 90-100's to help me and tell me am I done with the bosses and the culti yet and it was done because i can learn all my other new skills. I keep checking every day and nothing...
