I can't do the Crafting Skill quests

So, when i was around level 5, i remember having the quests for the apothecary, blacksmith, tailor, craftsman skill. But, since i didn't want to do them at that time, i trashed them. Now that im lvl 35, i would like to use these skills but, the quests are no longer there when i go to any of them at my hometown except the craftsman skill. I was able to do the craftsman skill quest which makes me wonder as to why i cant do the other profession quests. Do any of you have any ideas what to do?

    Have you talked to the Elder? Elder is the one who usually dispatches these quests.

    When i go to the elder, it says Learn manufacturing skill, but it doesn't have the actual quests for me, it just brings up the part where you can use spirit to purchase the skills if you have the skill book which you get from the quests that i cant do!

    you have to speak to the bookmerchant and pay 10 000 fot the book to get them to the elder...

    Yes, 10 K per book of skill, you will need 40 K to get all 4, but be ready for lvl 50 to do the leveling of them or pay 30 G per book...

    My advise would be create another char to be your crafter for all the rest ...
