Website dont allow logo for my lvl3 fac:S!

Chemical guild on Dreamweaver server has reached lvl 3 yesterday! I want logo there... Since im leader there then i thought i should log in on website and submit my stuff or smt...

but i cant do anything there...it wont let me...What do i do?
I really want logo lol...dont like that Golden Eagle or what ever that is! :)b:chuckle

    or forgot to add that pull down menus dont work there for me... they are disabled for me or smt... WHY? i have lvl 3 fac and i cant submit a logo?
