Do you mean the way it looks? The only thing I saw was the eyes were a bit closer together, haha.

Weird, my friend just told me the eyes were a little too far from eachother xD. Another friend said, maybe the forhead.

I'd take a closer shot of his face from straight on.
I also think he could use some facial hair if you could get it to look right, and maybe not so pale? Haha not really sure what kind of look you want though.

what to do is find a picture of someone you want your character to look similar to, if you can images of their face from straight on, side on and angled that would be perfect ( search google images for the person you are looking for, then hit the "face" link on the left. This will limit the images to head shots. e.g Want to look like Keanu?)

drop the images into your \Perfect World International\element\userdata\userpic\ folder

Then on when you start the game and go into the makeover screen.

Select the Presets Tab - at the bottom you should see your image(s) listed. Select the image and hit preview button (something like that - not in game atm) A window will pop up with your image in it.

Select the face tab, then you can then stretch this window around until it is the same size as your character face (use transparency setting if you can't judge the size - then you can move the window over the top of your characters head)

You can then use this image as a guide for customising your characters features.

The reason for also getting side on or angled view of the person you want to look like, is that something can look good straight on, but look weird when viewed from the side - so best to check before you finalise your look and use your makeover scroll. Also don't rush it - take a couple of screenshots how your character looks and save your changes as a preset up on the left there and cancel out of the makeover screen. Then go about your business. Give it an hour then go back and look at the screenshots (in your \Perfect World International\element\screenshots\ folder). Compare them to your example image. Does it look like the person? Do you think you still like that look? If so go back into the makeover screen, select your preset from the list on the left and hit confirm.

This thread I found from google shows what I was trying to explain http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=9811&page=6

you don't have to be "into guys" to know if one is good looking or not. sheesh.

your character already has a feel of Keanu about it (hence why i picked that as an example of google face search). You say you want him to look hot, just go to any entertainment news site and they usually have tons of who is currently "hot" as far as movie or tv or music stars go. Pick one who you wouldnt mind your character looking like.

If you don't have any idea of what your character should be like - how do you ever expect it to be right?

Just my two-cents, but part of it might be the proportions. His head looks... oddly scaled in comparison to the MASSIVE TORSO and shoulders. Perhaps scale the chest back a bit, maybe the arms too (a little). Something's off with the side of his head - try lifting the ears up a little bit perhaps.

Admittedly, I have a nearly impossible time trying to make guys in this game look decent, especially without facial hair of some kind.

I was just offering an option on how you might achieve this "hotness" factor you are looking for. some people go the whole hog of recreating a famous face or their own face. what I was suggesting is that you use this option to get "the feel" of a face, match the proportions etc - not necessarily copy it exactly as that takes a shed load of patience.

And it is entirely possible to get some nice results with only minimal tweaking - here are some character presets I made for friends facial hair optional:
