Crafting Skill Lvl.

Ok so i checked the stickies,and went back a few pages,but ill b the first to admit it coulda been staring me in the face the whole time.So i have my tailor skill to lvl 5,there is a dandy pair of int. bracers i want.i have no more patience to farm the mats so im gonna break down and shell out the 6mil or so.Kinda scary..heres the question finally.Should i max out the skill first?i think it says crafting lvl 50/65 so if i get it higher will it even increase my chances of better stats,or sockets? if i missed it i apologize,just hoping some kind soul will get back 2 me.

    I'm not sure if this is coincidence or not, but when I was levelling my Blacksmith skill, I noticed I only started getting extra stats/blue names after I had a decent amount of experience for whatever level I was crafting.

    Sorry to say but it was just a coincidence I have crafted hundreds of items over the past few months, keeping track of values of each item, sadly it appears that it is completely random.

    If you are interested in my manufacturing levels to get an idea of just how experienced I am they are:
    • Blacksmith level 6 - 60%
    • Tailor level 6 - 80%
    • Craftsman level 7 - 10%
    Keep in mind each Item manufactured grants you 5% toward the next level of the skill, and only for Items that specify require that level manufacturing skill.
