How long does it take to farm 1 mil now?

Mats prices are also going down along with other stuff? Gravel used to be 2k and that was a decent price. Now they're down to 1.2k/ea, and people are selling them in stacks of hundreds. Was there a mat sale in the Boutique recently that I missed? Right now it looks like it might take 1.5 week of pure farming to net a profit of 1 mil, after repairs?

    Depends on your level.
    Money farming at low levels = a very, very bad idea.

    Considering only farming, you can do a nirvana run, takes about ~20 minutes depending on the squad, and you'll make around ~300k per person, so you can make 1mil per hour that way I suppose. Or you can "gamble" and try TTs and hope for gold mats.

    If I'm trying?

    In 40 minutes I can do a 3-2 run and usually make at least 1mil unless my luck is really terrible which has only once in my past 40+ runs.

    1 hour = 130-180k - repairs(20-40k) - lvl 50/60 mp pots = nothing. (Glacial Seeds)

    I need a better mob to grind <.<

    deal ridiculus 2digit damage at meleerange...b:laugh
    and have so far the highest chances 90+...
    place might be crowded with aoegrinding clerics...

    2 comps, 1 kittyshop up 24/7, adding mats there seriously takes lot of time. If you can sell mats in reasonable amount of time, like 1 week, it doesnt really matter if you need to kittyshop them, you`ll get the money out of them fast enough anyway. Sure, if you live from hand to mouth, grinding may be wiser, on older servers where there are lots of stocks of mats. On my server I can make so easy coin if I can bother, doing TT, everything is expensive, though selling may take some time. Dunno, is 1.5-2m for skaidreads orbs lots? =/

    Um, can I hear from below 90 characters too? My level is right there on my icon image - 34. I'm not a persistent player, maybe an hour each day or other day. It's great you guys can earn in millions in good time, I just don't feel myself in that situation any time near. If grinding at low level is a very very bad idea, when does it start to become an okay, or good, idea?

    1-2 days, easy.

    I grinded 500k a day on the Torgirn Warriors near Silver Pool. Or rather, I grinded me 100 of the Element Fragments and went to sell them for 5k each at the Master Bladecraftsman. He has a quest that requires you to get 10 of them and the quest recommends the Blobs that have like 10% drop for them.

    And that was when my sin was level 32, by the way.

    I did a similar thing on my Archer, when I leveled 32-40 by grinding on the Torgirn Warrios to fund me a Sinister Shooter that was actually quite expensive in those days.

    So it's better to save DQ's and catshop them at low levels? Because even stuff that used to sell well, like Purified Oil, is now dipping into 2k range.

    pay attention to the market and merchenting can pay off BIG time.

    I made 36m in one single day because of a good deal I found.

    and I can usually count on making at least 5m a week just with an afk cat shop up 24/7.

    If I actively merch I can make 10m a week easily by just advertising on WC as I grind.

    On this char, aoe grinding the cadevils near 1k streams I make **** all and my charm ticks. I'll try again at 89 with my new weapon.

    On my 74 herc veno I can aoe grind near dreamweaver about 300-400k hr, with negligable repair bills and pots cost, while farming mid-mats.

    On my 35 psychic, which is specifically set up for grinding at that level, I can farm 40+ hay an hr off abyssal mysteries, which means 200+ just for them, plus pick up another 50-100 on other drops, so about the same as as the herc, but with more mp costs and I have to give xp to genies to stop levelling,

    Our gold only went up 75k and now its down 100k from when it was up 75k.... so now its at less then before XD I plan to start selling and buying gold in swings to make money caus ei recently started watching the market for it I am actually stoked on it!

    What is the price for hay - I see it vary a lot? I try to be mindful to market, but it fluctuates so one day I thought I bought some mats low but now they seem to stay low and won't sell!

    1M? Wut? Doing 3-3, the steelation boss, those greens sell on my server for what, 4m? Last time we did it, dropped 8, took maybe 1h. But that`s simply cause there are no stocks on my serverb:chuckle.

    No, cause I've made more than that in 1 3-3 run that took about 15 minutes. lol



    At lvl34, the only real way you'll make decent coin is merchanting. All the other means of generating revenue have mostly been eliminated from PWI.

    Yes, they can start off by buying one gold, then selling one gold.... screaming for joy they made a whole 20k off it. Then redo that.

    Seriously, to make money buying and selling gold, you already need to have a fair amount of coin, or you're just wasting time.
