    Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete. Open Task Manager, then go to the processes tab. Find "elementclient.exe" then end the process. Once you've started up the client again, and on the login screen it says you're already logged in, tick the "Force Log" option.

    Note: As it's been said, if you want to exit the game, don't click the "X". That minimises the game to the task bar.

    this is exactly what happened to me and i cant fix it either i went into task manager and everything. yeah i pressed x but i didnt know i wasnt supposed to it was my first time playing... Can anyone help???b:cryb:angryb:thanksb:surrenderb
