Is there somewhere to buy level 4 shards?

I know you can buy level 5 shards, and level ones, but buying 54 shards to combine into 2 saphire shards, for 28k doesn't seem like the best option to me, or is there some quest or monster that drops them frequently (im level 20)

    Hit up the Crazy Stone place. Know where the West Archosaur Teleport Master is? Run in exactly the direction she's looking, hop over the wall and there'll be catshops selling level 3/4/5 shards. You should find what you need. Note that these people combine shards themselves and sell them at a higher price than it took them to combine them, so theoretically you'll lose more money this way, but it's your call.

    Only problem with hitting up the Crazy Stones vendors is that they only sell the elemental stones, wood, fire, water, etc. If you're looking for phys atk, mag atk, and so on, youll either hafta buy them from the Auction House, or make them yourself. Making them yourself is the cheapest option.
