PWI Website Trying to Download a File

I'm seeing IE8 say "Blocked this site from downloading files to your computer." when it's never said this before. Ticket submitted but thought those with protections turned off for this site might want to put the shields back up. -_^

    Yup, it's the same for me. It's rather annoying that when it comes up, it moves the page down also. It seems to come up just as I'm about to click a link and bam, i go to a different thread.
