When can you party with other races?

A few friends and I downloaded this a while back to have something to do besides drink on the weekends (I live in a college town, don't judge) and it looked fun, but we wanted to party together but all wanted to be different races. So naturally we drew straws and decided that everyone who wasn't human needed to make a suicide run to meet at the human starting area. This went well until we tried to get quests there and only the human could. At what level do the races start meeting up?

    The different races start meeting up at lvl 20, when you start getting quests in Archosaur, 1 of 3 main cities in the game.

    Cool cool, thanks. I figured it couldn't be to far into the game, and as hilarious as it was sitting in a room with a bunch of level ones trying to race across the map to a different area, it was rather frustrating when we actually got there and couldn't do anything! :P Good to know it wouldn't take us like a month of solo game play to meet up. Once again thanks for your help.

    It should take yall only 2-3 days to hit lvl 20 (less, depending on how long yall play each day). Once you guys do hit lvl 20, youll start getting the same quests, at which point squading up does become a good idea.

    umm u can get to lvl 30 in like 2 hours O.o... if u do ur quests lol ..
