Can't Log In

When the patch comes up the start button is lit up but when I press it nothing happens.

    I think you might have the login screen already up. I'm not sure which version of windows you have (or if you have windows at all) but I use this game on Windows 7. Look near the lower right corner of your screen (near the clock) and see if you can find the icon that looks like PWI. Click on that, and you should get the login screen.

    If this does not work, then I'm not sure what you should do.

    I was having the same problem. I exited out,pulled it back up,and it still wouldn't work. But,I just restarted my computer and it works again. Try restarting your computer,if that doesn't work,then I don't know. Hope I helped! :)
