Getting rid of the Celestial Fashion?

i recently made an assassin and i want to somehow get my celestial fashion (the one from the holiday fashion giveaway - which says it's untradeable and unable to put into account stash) from one of my other characters on the same account to that character.

is it possible?

if so: how?

    You can sell it to a NPC (I think)

    Items that are deemed untradeable will be bound to the character that received the item so the only thing you can do is keep it or sell to an NPC.
