I've heard unsure rumors, does it cancel out Blue Bubble's effect, or stack on top of it?

    i think that it stacks with Blue Bubble and Bestial Rage

    even if i havent tried em out (i havent PAN GU and im not 85)



    but since the description/effect are different, i suppose those all stacks
    (u could check the icon, if those are different than they stacks)




    PAN GU's > Shield of Chi cast a shield around you which reduces all damage taken by 20%

    Blue Bubble > cut all damage taken by 50%

    Bestial Rage > a magic shield will be summoned, absorb at most 2000 magic damage

    Icon is the same. (also invoke has the same icon)

    Description...is very very very close to BB...

    So, fingers crossed.

    I have Pangu but i'm not 85 and i can't test it :(

    Yeah... though I can't be sure if Invoke cancels out BB effect, but it doesn't matter because it's 90% as opposed to 50%, so who cares about BB then? b:chuckle Kinda hope it works with Pan Gu's though.

    pangu's giant axe is called the best tanking wep off the game by some people(i dunno cause im not 85 and dont have them) so i honestly doubt it would cancel out BB
    its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
    just try to be a good person

    Um I have one... But I'm not exactly sure how to try it out... I've heard that it stacks too.

    I suppose 20% and 50% would make a big difference in things like Delta, but we'll see. Thanks guys, I guess I'll see what happens with it. ^^

    Pan Gu's Giant Axe stacks with Blue Ball, but not Turtle.

    When it procs with BB up, you get 2 of the same icon, I have a SS of it somewhere. But if you turtle and it procs, there is only one icon, and there is no difference in my damage log.

    Jugger is right. My Pan Gus stack with BB. When BB is up two turtle icons appear. I've never had two appear when I'm invoked. So I assume they don't stack. But, it is the ultimate tanking weapon...maybe Dragonhunt a bit better...I guess I'll see in 4 lvls :)

    I don't know about Dragonhunt. It has nice Vit and HP, yeah, but that seems it lol. Until I heard Scarlets were bugged in Delta, I thought they were nice tanking ones.

    when i BB, it gives the barb the dmg reductiong from me, and if he invokes, he gets another buff from himself. so im guessing u can only get 1 of the same buff from urself, but u can get the same icon buff from onother person.

    same as when i use rainbow blessing on a barb, it shows a 2nd titans and doesn't remove the barbs titans buff.

    just a thought

    I decided to revive this thread (dark art of necromancy muahaha) instead of making a new one. I did a research on this topic and got results that differ from what people agreed on in this topic. Here's what i did:

    I asked one BM to duel me without any weapon. This way i get exactly the same normal damage with each hit which makes it easier to notice effects of buffs.

    First test - no bubble:
    70 dmg each hit
    56 dmg each hit with shield of chi

    Second test - bubble on
    35 dmg each hit
    56 dmg each hit from time to time (a few hits in a row, then back to 35)

    Never noticed having two buff icons on.

    Results clearly say: shield of chi removes effect of bubble :( and remains in effect until next 'tick' of bubble.

    I'm yet to test if it removes invoke as well.

    Anyways, here is the deal. Assuming that people who posted here before did not take their arguments out of nowhere:

    -> there was a patch that changed the way these buffs work between last post and my research
    -> there is a difference between how these buffs work in PvE and PvP (though i consider this unlikely, since there is no other buff that i know of that works differently in PvE than it does in PvP).

    Is there anybody who could confirm one of these alternatives? Or perhaps give some proofs / suggest other ways of checking how exactly these buffs work? I guess I'll test it in PvE if there is no arguments to support one of these options.

    Kinda makes sense that it does, I notice my Gatherstorm when it procs will show another icon that looks like the Titans buff icon.

    Been using PanGu's Giant Axe since 85 and as far as ive noticed it stacks with Beastial rage and BB. As for invoke it does stack but its not 20% of full damage, only 20% of the reduced damage which is 2% so not extremely helpful. Btw i dnt find tank with pangus and star axes(TT90) much different, pangus jst offers HP bonus, Star give slight bonus damage. Not sure on stack for solid shield but believe it works the same way.

    Okay, just did little checking through patches and I believe they changed way it stacks as Ethaar said. Believe it stacks with BB nao but not sire with invoke or solid shield. Havnt had chance to check this ingame either. Also Black_Ice your post makes sense but dnt often pay attention 2 my buffs lol just how hard im getting hit xD

    Just to confirm, Sheild of Chi does Stack with Invoke. Confirmed today in a duel =D
