armor question

would it be a bad idea to go part heavy for the extra pdef?
i was thinking about going part heavy and part light for end game.

r8 top
nirvana heavy with the -int legs
ashura wrists and belt
lionheart boots and neck
lunar cape
dex nirvana helm
lunar ring and r8 right
probably nirvana dags for more -int
and ill eventually get a tome

does this sound like a half decent build, or just stupid?

    Lionheart Belt +5: +447 Pdef
    Lionheart Greaves: +963 Pdef
    Ashura's Boots: +413 Pdef
    Nirvana HA Greaves: +896 Pdef
    Nirvana LA Greaves: +385 Pdef

    So basically, your idea would be going HA for a grand total of ... 614 Pdef. Not worth it.

    If you want Pdef, you can just refine your Lionheart Ornaments and your rings some extra. Or, once you have all the -interval pieces, you could switch the Lionheart Ornaments for Warsong and Cube Necklace. Or you could socket your stuff with Primevals for Vita.

    Really, going HA with daggers is a waste of effort. If you want to go HA, you might as well go pure str with claws. In which case you might as well make a BM.

    If you really, really, really insist on 5 aps with HA, you should do this:
    Barrier Thorn: Nirvana
    Rank 8 chest
    Nirvana HA Leggings
    Lionheart Necklace + Belt
    Lionheart Wrists + Boots
    Lunar Cape
    Pangu Tome

    Gets you 5 aps and quite nice Pdef.

    Really, mixing and matching HA and LA armors or using Ashura ornaments is something you should leave to the BMs.

    We don't want it! You can keep it!!! I prefer getting my extra pdef from pdef ornies, too. I also think if you added that much to strength to wear HA you would really hurt your dmg output. Sins survive from their bloodpaint leech. Wearing HA would help your 1 hit surivability but reduce your overall survivablity by reduce the amount of hp your are constantly getting back.
