graphic problem?

look at that pic, i tried to solve it but failed -_-
tried to reinstall directx9, anyone know how i can fix this?

    Have ya tried to update the driver of your graphic card yet?

    Wolfssohn is most likely right. This error is usually related to a graphics card driver confict.

    Feel free to send in a ticket to Tech Support with the following information so we can try to figure this out for you. We need you to send us some of your computer's information.

    1) What is the make and model number of your computer?

    2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.

    3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
    If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.

    4) Attach the dxdiag.txt that you save to your reply to us.

    If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file.

    This is important so that we can help you find the right software for your system.

    i tried to update the driver of my graphic card but failed, i mean it something doesnt let him update,
    my pc:
    Intel Pentium Processor E5300
    dual core 2,6 ghz
    2gb ram
    nvidia GeForce 9500 Gt
    its 32bit, i know a bit about computers :P
    btw not only pwi isnt working, all my other pc games dont work anymore D:
    i think its the driver that causing these problems

    well i found whats the problem, its the direct3d, but i dont know how to fix it

    Best way to Update your Direct3D Program, is Buying the update from either future shop or best buy Price 20$

    Also go to Google and type this Exact Thing i am going to Type:

    " Your PC name" "its Version" - Direct3D Update " Version you Need"

    and you can either buy it online or download it for free, your call.

    Remember to substitute the " " by actually placing your details in it

    well it didnt work, but...... i fixed it, i had to run the directx, and activate the direct3d accellerator, something turned it off D:, well i activated it and now everything works again, btw im reinstalling pwi, its patching now, well it was in gameversion 219 -_- can take some hours for me to play again, but still im excited to play again :D thanks for help ppl

    Hah np, wow i am surprised it was Divx that caused the problem, i thought you said earlier it was fine :O, o well people make mistakes like myself for not asking you to check it first xD.
