Happy Community Manager Appreciation Day!

First off, confused what CMAD is? Its a "long time" tradition that happens on every 4th Monday of January every year!

Community Manager Appreciation Day (CMAD), an effort started by Jeremiah Owyang last year that asks us to take a minute to thank the people who fight on the front lines of our brands every day. They're people worth celebrating because, while being a community manager may seem like the best job in the world, it also comes with a tougher side that can often feel thankless and troll-filled. Through it all, community managers must show up to the job with an enthusiastic smile, regardless of how many people they want to punch in the face.

So with that said, I would like to thank and give a big hug to our community manager FrankieRaye for his hard work and endless efforts in doing whats best for our PWI community! I know its hard for many community members to accept the changes going through the game, but I assure the lots of you Frankie cares about this community and he takes every person's criticism and considers it strongly - in hopes for better changes to benefit all.

Frankie, Your work doesn't go unappreciated, and I wish you and us success as a community.

    Huh... oh well alright, happy CMAD and congrats Mr. Raye. ^^

    And of course we all should think of good old spoons as well on this day to show our appreciation of everything he did for us in the past.

    To Spoons - may we never forget the qualities which make a great CM.
    Patience, humor, integrity, and above all, an honest concern for the players.
    And to Frankie- though we rarely see eye to eye there have been times when you've earned my respect through your hard work and dedication. May those times be longer and more frequent in 2011.

    game has continued to go further and further downhill. Even if Frankie really does have good intentions (who knows?), he sure ain't turning things around.

    Thanks for the kind words on this joyous day b:chuckle.

    I'd like to take this opportunity to thank our 4 volunteer mods who are all ridiculously attentive and diligent and good at what they do. Big, passionate forums like these are a blessing to have, and I think everyone here on the staff realizes that the work that we do is completely worth the effort.

    Help plz im lvl 37 and didnt get eny call to duty quests... and cant get head hunter quests plz help me .....

    O__o why is this in this thread?

    err kk.. I'm used to calling call to duty " fb" so if you see fb somewhere.. that is your call to duty quest. ;)

    Anyway... at lvl 29 you should get your first "real fb" since tideborn don't really have a fb19 like other races. You have to do every yellow/gold quest. That chain should lead you to your fb's. They are your cultivation. Head hunter quests start at lvl 40.


    And I'm a little.. or well.. really late.. o.o but happy cmad ;D
