how do i talk to one live? theyre email responses are far to slow over 30 hours now.

    Understanding you wish to talk to Live one, but you have to be Patient, They go through Multiple Tickets a day, so unfortunately you will have to wait longer then you hope for.

    They are trying their best and the best thing to do is wait Estimate 3-4 days...if no response comes try 1 more ticket and that's all.

    only 30 hours.. mine hasnt been responded to since the 11th January.. do i win a prize?

    I think the live chat is only available during office hours - and if someone is available to cover it. check under the support link at the top of the page. never used it myself - being in the U.K it is not so practical due to time zone differences.

    Umm, I was trying to get into Honors Society a year ago, so I decided to volunteer at a hospital. And they replyed to my application in 2 months. Right after my volunteer hours were due. So yah it's only 1 day, wait a bit longer.
    AP classes are a real butt pounding...

    The standard time for a ticket response is 3-5 business days, so please be patient. And Zero--check the celestial fashion thread :)

    i know Zero , but the GM's are lying to us if it takes more than to weeks for an response for a ticket after they say it would only take 3-5 days.

    to give them the benefit of the doubt the original response did take 4 days (7th > 11th). They then said to come back if fashion had not been received by the friday. which i did (no response), then after the next set didnt appear frankie said it was ok to update the same ticket. no support response and then finally just updated it 3 days ago to see if anything was happening...

    so they were within their SLA originally..

    (SLA = service level agreement for those not in the know)

    well if you sent like 4 tickets ether the GM's are slacking off or they have a bull load of tickets about the same fash problem.

    or they probably said "the hell with it", and forgot about it.

    I would think there are still shed loads of tickets. Possibly (hopefully? maybe?) this time they got someone who knows how to filter a spreadsheet to prepare the list of characters who are to get fashion and it will be the last time, i.e someone who wants to do the job right.. not just do it fast and get it out of the way.

    hopefully. please. (do i sound forlorn enough yet?)

    (btw OP. apologies for derailing thread with fashion talk - not intentional, but you can use it to get some insight into how sometimes things can go wrong/get missed with support)

    If my xmas fash ticket update recently was any indication, he too may well have received an update in the past hour with the phrase "You can expect to receive yours on " in it! b:pleased
