Relation between EXP and Lvl

Heeeellooooo ^^
I have a hmmm difficult question today.
Its about getting EXP at monster while being in a squad.
So following situation I've seen:
My little sissi (sister :P) asked me to Lvl her EP (25) and Psy (59) a bit when I grind for money.
I thought:" Okay when Im online, party me and klick follow"
So she did.
But around an hour later she asked my why her EP gets lower EXP then the Psy. (30 min EP 30 min Psy)
The EP only got around 97exp but the Psy got around 200exp per monster she told me O.O
I didnt trust her and made the test on my self with the characters.
It was true.
The EP get lower exp than the psy O_o

Can anybody tell how EXP charing in squads is calculated?
Note: "NONE OF THE CHARACTERS EXCEPT ME ATTACKED!!!"

    >.> as the link asterelle says, the further the level gap in chara's the more the exp gets nerfed. say your sister was 7x she would get more exp then her 59 chara and since the level gap between your 8x and her 2x is 60 odd levels, the exp nerf is considerably higher.

    It's depends from level yeah, higher level the charcter is more exp he get, and also closer the charcter level is to the monster level more exp you get. So there is 1st calculation, how many level difference is here between you and monster. And the 2nd calculation, how many level difference is here between you and other squad members. After you calculate both, you can get the exp, which every target get. So the exp which every squad member got in your squad is pretty real number. You don't have to worry about. It's made becousse in other games they level up each other. And pwi don't want that. They want every member to level up alone. So that's perfectly normal.

    It's an "original" design to null power leveling. The original game was designed to be a grindfest. but as we all know, the devs changed that much later with the addition of hyper stones and reworking FC into an exp only instance.
