I really wanna learn smth guys...I was try to sell a token of luck for 4.75Mil and i think was banned about it...(the title says S>Token 4.75Mil!) And Its not ILLEGAL!!Cause was said its a token...i can sell everythink for every prices...and if i am a scammer they was scamm me with this way...so i was try to get back my money...its not a scam...was take a picture just take a look that

i was not know its illegal and i wasn't see any rule about it!so i wasn't report the first "scammer" cause he was said like sell a token for 4.75mil its the same!am i false?

really it is stupish thing...
i just wanna make some noise about it with my weak english...just try to do it...

And I Can Sell Everything For Every Prices??If I Cant Why Some One Sells A Scarlet Ninetails For 10Mil Or 25Mil Like That Prices...The Seller Who Try To Sell A Scarlet For 25M İs The "Scammer" Too Lol?

    Buyer's fault for not double-checking before buying. Even though you severely over-priced the item, you've done nothing wrong.

    You can set any price you want, PWE has the right to ban you for anything they want.

    You might think that you have the right to set any price you want, but PWE apparently thinks you're just a scamming maggot that isn't worth the space on their servers.

    Anyone trying to exploit the similarity between tokens and best tokens should be banned. It doesn't matter if you weren't technically lying, you were being deceptive and that's the same thing.

    why do you think its nonsense? if you bought something in RL would you not check what it is before you bought it? lets say that you bought a comouter item... wouldnt you check to make sure it is compatable with what you need... especially if there was a ZERO return option... i would... i still double check things i buy from newegg... i dont want to pay a restocking fee on somethign that could have taken me 3 mins to check...

    Anyways, no, you can't sue them. You broke the ToS.

    You were scamming intentionally. You meant for someone to think they were buying a Token of Best Luck by putting it at that price, knowing they would probably mistake it as that. The only way you could possibly have a case against this ban would be if you linked the item so it showed exactly what it was. However, my guess is you didn't, so you have no defense for this.

    You may be able to set any price for anything like others have said... however Best lucks are a special case i think. ANY obvious scam if u put it in the cat shop title yet what u actualy have in your cat shop is something totally different that uses the same pic..... yes u will get banned. I'll keep using best lucks as an example but there's alot of things that use the same icon.

    To get banned you have to put BEST LUCK (or any obvious abbreviation) in the title of your shop, but have a reg token IN your shop for 5 mil instead of a best. That goes for anything.... advertising crazy stones for .. 2.5k and putting them for 250k.... Teles for 9.8k and putting them for 98k... I'm not condoning this, in fact I hope you're one of the jack offs on Heaven's Tear i just sent in pics of for 5 diff shops this week. But the trick is u have to have it in the title of the shop. Otherwise they can't really prove you didn't just add a extra 0 by mistake..... some of these are tricky.

    However like i said above, Best Luck's are a special case. You don't really need Best Luck in the title..... u put a reg token for 5 mil it's pretty fracking obvious you're trying to scam people. The only people that dont' know Best Lucks are 5 mil and reg tokens are 10k are newbs who prolly don't have 5 mil to blow anyway.... Have Fun with your ban.

    Btw, if u got scammed and were just trying to get your money back...... you should've eaten the loss and not been so dumb as to not LOOK AT WHAT YOU'RE BUYING next time.

    Scamming is a bannable offense. If you were caught by a user and reported and banned you can send a ticket here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ bans are not to be discussed over the forums.
